                                                                         PUMPKIN BARS

2 CANS OF OUR ORGANIC  PUMPKIN,   AN EASY WAY TO MAKE IT. 4 ORGANIC EGGS TO A BLENDER,       
MIX FOR 30 SEC., THEN ADD  1/2 CUP  HEMP MILK,  THE ABOVE 2 CANS PUMPKIN, AND 1/2 TSP                    
CINNAMON, 1/4 TSP NUTMEG, 1/4TSP. NGER, AND 1/4TSP. CLOVES, AND 1/2 TSP. SEA SALT, AND
1/2 C. EVAPORATED CANE JUICE SUGAR. MIX UNTIL ALL IS BLENDED.

I POUR IT INTO A UN GREASED  8 X 11 GLASS PAN, AND BAKE @ 425 DEGREES  FOR 15 MINS, AND         
LOWER TEMPERATURE TO 350 DEGREES, AND BAKE 20-25 MINUTES UNTIL CRACKED ON TOP, OR            
KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN.  COOL AND USE OUR ORGANIC COCONUT BLISS ICE CREAM ON TOP.

CRANBERRIES SALAD

GRIND 2-3 C. RAW ORGANIC CRANBERRIES, OR THAW FROZEN CRANBERRIES AND GRIND (IN                 
PROCESSOR).   ADD 2 ORGANIC APPLES,  2 STALKS ORGANIC CELERY,  1/2 C. RAW PINEAPPLE
(ALL GROUND).   ADD 1/2 - 3/4 C. ORGANIC EVAPORATED CANE SUGAR,  1/2 TSP. VANILLA, AND A            
FEW SPRINKLES OF ORGANIC CINNAMON POWDER.  KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR & ENJOY!!!
